Whitney Rains

Whitney specializes in transaction advisory services, compensation valuation, business valuation, and related consulting services for hospitals, health systems, ambulatory service providers, and physician practices. Additionally, Whitney has nearly a decade of audit and assurance experience, which includes having previously served multiple publicly traded healthcare industry clients as an assurance manager at a global accounting firm. Her expertise includes analyzing financial statements, evaluating the design and implementation of business process controls, and working closely with C-suite executives.

Whitney earned a Master of Accountancy, Accounting Auditing and Controls, degree and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Accounting, degree from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. She serves as Mission Committee Chair of the Associate Board of Ambassadors for the American Cancer Society Middle Tennessee Chapter and on the Associate Board of the Ronald McDonald House Charities of Nashville. She is a member of the Scholarship Awards and Healthcare Industry Conference Committees of the Tennessee Society of Certified Public Accountants and a member of the Nashville Health Care Council and Nashville Young Leaders Council.
