Mark has more than two decades of experience assisting middle-market, private equity-backed, and public companies located across the United States. His industry experience has historically gravitated toward manufacturing, healthcare, real estate, and financial institutions. He has supported clients on federal and multi-state tax compliance and consulting engagements, transaction analysis and facilitation, and domestic tax reporting of both inbound and outbound international transactions. Mark also leads the PYA income tax accounting function.
Mark earned a Master of Accountancy degree and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree from the University of Tennessee. He is a member of the North American Tax Leadership Group and a member of the Real Estate Practice Area Functional Team of the HLB Global Advisory and Accounting Network. Additionally, Mark is a contributing member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants Corporations & Shareholder Technical Resource Panel.
