Kristen brings more than 25 years of diverse experience to PYA’s Revenue & Compliance Advisory team, including health system and physician practice operations, regulatory compliance, human resources, and revenue cycle improvement. She is a published author and routinely speaks on regulatory compliance at national meetings.
Kristen earned a Master of Health Administration degree from the University of Memphis and a Bachelor of Science in Health Information Management, from the University of Tennessee Health Science Center. Additionally, she is a graduate of the Baptist Memorial Healthcare Corporation Leadership Institute. Kristen is a member of the Healthcare Compliance Association, American Health Information Management Association, and National Association of Healthcare Quality. She is a former adjunct faculty at the University of Memphis and a national speaker on compliance-related topics.
