John provides financial audit and assurance services for a variety of organizations and needs, including health systems, hospitals, physician groups, foundations, non-profits, governmental entities, financial institutions, for-profit businesses and employee benefit plans. He also assists clients with designing and implementing internal control policies and procedures and provides financial expertise to companies as part of merger and acquisition transactions.
John earned a Master of Accountancy degree and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree from the University of Tennessee. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Tennessee Society of Certified Public Accountants, and Leadership Health Care. John is an active member of the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation Tennessee Chapter.
