Merle specializes in executive and operational leadership. With a focus on serving hospitals, health systems, and specialty care groups across the country, along with the various investor and industry groups that support them, he aids with the creation and execution of top-line growth initiatives, which include both organic and merger/ acquisition-based strategies. Merle’s experience in working with all types of provider organizations (regardless of size, type, or location) enables him with the ability to introduce perspectives designed to help overcome challenges and accelerate growth.
Merle is a frequent speaker for hospital associations and other industry groups. He is a member and former board member of the Healthcare Financial Management Association Tennessee Chapter and a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives Mid-Tennessee Chapter and Nashville Health Care Council. Merle earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Marketing Technology, degree from Austin Peay State University.
