Debbie has more than 20 years of providing tax planning and review of federal and state returns for healthcare organizations, serving tax-exempt organizations, corporations, and related partnerships. She advises healthcare systems and physician practices in the areas of fair market value compensation and commercial reasonableness, including executive compensation. She frequently works with clients to capture community benefit to report on the annual information return as well as provide guidance specific to the Community Health Needs Assessment.
Debbie earned a Master of Accountancy degree and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. She serves on the UT Accounting and Information Management Advisory Roundtable and previously served as chair of the Maryville City Schools Foundation. She has served in leadership roles for Junior Service League of Maryville and is a 2017 graduate of Leadership Blount.
