Brian Fuller has three decades of experience leading provider organizations through multi-faceted strategic and financial planning projects, including enterprise growth/rationalization, strategic options, mergers and acquisitions, clinical service line strategy, value network development, and ambulatory strategy. Additionally, Brian brings deep industry knowledge in pre- and post-merger integration and strategic and financial due diligence to his clients. Prior to joining PYA, Brian was a national partner with Optum Advisory Services (nee The Advisory Board Company) and has also held leadership roles in the strategy practices at Kaufman Hall, Navigant, and Sg2.
Brian earned a Master of Business Administration degree from Duke University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree from The Ohio State University. He contributes thought leadership for the American Hospital Association, The Governance Institute, and the Healthcare Financial Management Association and publishes articles in BoardRoom Press, hfm, Trustee, and Spectrum. Brian is involved with the Society for Healthcare Strategy & Market Development.
