Annapoorani specializes in answering complex valuation questions to help clients make well informed decisions related to arrangements and transactions. With a focus on serving academic medical centers, health systems, outpatient facilities, healthcare technology entities, life sciences companies, and managed care entities, among others, she provides valuation of businesses and assets for transactions, regulatory compliance, financial reporting, and internal strategic planning. Annapoorani has expertise in valuing intangible assets, including healthcare brands, technology, and data, and complex entities and arrangements, such as clinically integrated networks and arrangements that involve intellectual property.
Annapoorani earned a Master of Social Sciences in Applied Economics degree from the National University of Singapore and a Master of Business Administration degree from Boston College. A national speaker on healthcare valuation, Annapoorani is involved with the American Health Law Association and the Women Business Leaders of the U.S. Health Care Industry Foundation. She authored a chapter in The Art of Valuation.
