Andrew specializes in transaction advisory services and related strategic consulting services for community hospitals, multi-hospital health systems, ambulatory surgery centers, physician practices, private equity investors, and for-profit consolidators of healthcare services. His work includes facilitating mergers and acquisitions, performing due diligence and quality of earnings (QOE) assessments, and providing strategic planning services.
Andrew earned a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance degree from East Tennessee State University. He serves on the board of directors as treasurer of the Maryville City Schools Foundation.
