Community Involvement

PYA Community Service

Service to others is a vital component of our culture, and PYA is proud to be actively involved in the communities we and our clients live in and serve. Our teammates support hundreds of philanthropies annually through volunteer activities, including paid time off for community service. PYA also provides financial support for numerous philanthropies across the country through the PYA Foundation.

Each year PYA offers 8 paid volunteer hours to its employees. This year, our Nashville office chose to volunteer at Second Harvest Food Bank to help sort over 3,000 pounds of mixed household goods. We sorted anything from baby supplies, toiletries to seasonal décor. It was a great way to get out of the office, spend time with coworkers and also give back to our local middle Tennessee community. In years past, we have sorted dried goods and enjoyed doing something a little different this year. Grateful to work at a place that sees such value in giving back!
