- Operating structures, including value-based care arrangements, integrated networks, Accountable Care Organizations, Management Services Organizations, and Independent Practice Associations.
- Essential transaction documents for alignment, including professional services agreements, administrative services agreements, management services agreements, and network participation agreements.
- Key legal and business considerations and how to address them.
- Valuation basics, including key concepts and application.
- Case studies highlighting best practices.
The Fundamentals of Health Law program is a valuable training program for both new and experienced associates, health lawyers, and in-house counsel; compliance officers; consultants and others who advise healthcare clients; and health professionals. The program’s faculty not only dispense their knowledge of legal issues, but also provide insight into the challenges ahead to help attendees build an effective legal practice.
