During this webinar, PYA’s Martie Ross and Kathy Reep will address key provisions of these new rules and what they signal for the future of health policy under the new Trump Administration. Specific topics include:

  • Regulation of Medicare Advantage plans
  • Medicare payments for hospital inpatient services
  • Medicare Conditions of Participation
  • Skilled nursing facility, hospice, inpatient psychiatric facility, and inpatient rehabilitation facility reimbursement

Martie and Kathy will also address the latest from Washington regarding the ongoing budget reconciliation process.
