Lee Ann Odom

With nearly three decades of experience in healthcare, Lee Ann brings clinical, operational, strategic, and leadership skills to PYA’s clients. As PYA’s Performance Transformation service line leader, Lee Ann deploys her comprehensive health system operations acumen and applies PYA’s existing financial and strategic planning resources to provide clients with a holistic approach to transform operations. Her experience includes health system executive leadership, hospital president positions, clinical operations management, service line development, and merger and acquisition integration leadership. This expertise, along with Lee Ann’s clinical background and executive leadership roles, equip her to engage with PYA clients’ front-line staff as well as C-suite leaders. 

Lee Ann earned a Master of Science in Healthcare Administration degree from Central Michigan University and a Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy degree from Wayne State University. She also earned a Managing Healthcare Delivery certificate from the Harvard Business School. She has served the Michigan Association of Medical Program Rehabilitation Administrators and was a former examiner for the Michigan Quality Council. Lee Ann is a graduate of Leadership Detroit.
