As a manager in PYA’s Consulting department and the Compensation Valuation Planning and Design program, Ericka assists clients with fair market value and commercial reasonableness assessments, revenue cycle analyses, medical group and physician practice operations assessments, and physician compensation modeling, including structure, design, and implementation. Ericka’s expertise includes analysis of various aspects of compensation and reimbursement arrangements within the healthcare industry.
Ericka earned a Master of Health Administration degree from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Public Health degree from the University of South Carolina. She is a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives.
